Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return period, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To start your return, please contact our customer service team at support@dailoot.com and include your order number (found in your order confirmation email or invoice).
Once your return request is approved, we will send you our return address along with clear instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be included.
- Products showing signs of wear, damage, or missing parts may not qualify for a refund.
- Returns for bundled offers must include all products within the bundle. Individual items from a bundle cannot be returned separately.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping (charged in GBP) unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving an incorrect, defective, or damaged product).
Please note that customs fees and delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control and are not valid reasons for return.
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or in the wrong color or variant, please contact us within 30 days of delivery — we will cover the return shipping costs and assist you with a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it. If approved, your refund will be processed in 7 business days.
It usually takes another 7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@dailoot.com for further assistance.
All refunds and return-related payments are processed in GBP.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original product and placing a new order once your return has been accepted. This ensures faster processing and product availability.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
